Backorder Policy

If an order is placed on a product listed as backordered (or advised as such), we will process payment at the time the order is placed. We do this for your protection and ours — it allows us to secure your order immediately and helps us prevent:

  • Delays caused by outdated or changed payment information at the time of shipment
  • Fraudulent orders submitted with false payment details
  • The need to collect or store your sensitive financial information at a later date

This protocol helps us avoid costly delays, cancellations, and rerouting — and ultimately keeps our prices lower for you. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Your Right to Cancel a Backorder

You may cancel a backordered item for a full refund at any time before shipment — no questions asked. Simply email us at sales@gamesignites.com with your order number and cancellation request.

While you wait for a backordered item, you also have the option to:

  1. Swap for a comparable product — Browse our site for a similar item. Place the new order first, then contact us right away so we can cancel and refund your original order.
  2. Request stock updates — Email us at sales@gamesignites.com to ask about expected availability so you can plan accordingly.

Please allow a minimum of four (4) business days for your refund to be posted back to your original payment method.

Unless we hear from you before shipment, we will assume you wish to keep your order as placed and will continue working on your behalf to fulfill it as quickly as possible. We will notify you with freight and tracking information as soon as it becomes available.


A Note on ETAs

All estimated timeframes are subject to change. As an Authorized Dealer, our delivery timelines depend on each manufacturer's production and shipping schedule. We will share manufacturer ETAs as soon as they are confirmed, and GamesIgnites will continue to keep you updated throughout the process.
