Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days for unused/unopened returns, 7 days to report damage in transit, and 48 hours to refuse damaged delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must fall under these guidelines:
- In the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Damaged.
- Non-working state.
- The product never arrived at the customer (GamesIgnites will verify).
The customer must notify within 7 days of delivery.
Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, even if the item was "free shipping". Any damage to products may void the return/refunds.
To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@gamesignites.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To complete your return, contact our Customer Support Staff at Sales@gamesignites.com within 30 days of delivery.

GamesIgnites is the merchant of record for all sales. Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, we coordinate the warranty claim on your behalf - refunds are processed by GamesIgnites directly.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sales@gamesignites.com
